The company Concord of oligarch Yevgeny Prigozhin filed a complaint with Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin under an article on «fakes» about the army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against Fontanka journalist Ksenia Klochkova and editor-in-chief Alexander Gorshkov. The matter in question was the article of Fontanka about a prisoner who went to fight in Ukraine. Concord’s legal service called the article «fake» and claimed that it was published «with the direct intention of creating a negative image of Russia and the country’s leadership».
