The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added journalist Alexander Gorbachev, former editor-in-chief of Afisha and deputy editor-in-chief of Meduza, who now heads the StraightForward Foundation, an expatriate publishing project, to the register of «foreign agents». According to the Ministry of Justice, Gorbachev spread fakes about the policies of the Russian authorities, formed a negative image of the Russian army, opposed the invasion of Ukraine and distributed materials of other «foreign agents».
