The journalist of Rosderzhava Aleksander Dorogov, accused of extortion (Paragraph B of Part 3 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and insulting a representative of the authorities (Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), said at a hearing in the Lyubertsy City Court that he and the second defendant in the case, Yan Katelevsky, were «beaten in the temporary detention center». By «temporary detention center» Dorogov meant the room, where arrested persons are brought before the courtroom.
