Kuzminsky District Court fined Alexander Chernykh RUB 10,000 under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for holding a public event). On July 13, Chernykh participated in individual pickets outside the Lefortovo pre-detention center to support his former colleague Ivan Safronov, who is accused of treason. Chernykh had previously been fined the same amount for participating in an action of solidarity with Safronov on Lubyanka.
