Tverskoy District Court fined Alexander Chernykh RUB 10,000 under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for holding a public event). On July 7, Chernykh participated in individual pickets outside the Federal Security Service building on Lubyanka to support his former colleague Ivan Safronov, accused of treason.
