The Sovetsky District Court of Bryansk has partially satisfied the defamation lawsuit of City Hospital №1 against Chernov. The controversial article about the death of seven infants was published in August 2019. The blogger claimed that the children were born in one medical facility and afterwards were transferred to another. The court did not fully satisfy the hospital's claim. Alexander needs to refute the information presented and compensate for legal costs. The sum totalled RUB 58,500.
