Alexander Bagrintsev, cameraman of the Belsat TV channel, was detained at a protest in St. Petersburg on March 3. The Frunzensky District Court studied the editorial assignment, but arrested the journalist for 7 days anyway. Bagrintsev was charged with participation in an unauthorized event that interferes with the traffic and pedestrians (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
