The Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow fined journalist Alexander Atasuntsev 5,000 RUB (56 EUR) for two articles about protests in Georgia published on the Carnegie Foundation website. Atasuntsev was found guilty of participating in the activities of an "undesirable organisation" (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
