The Pervomaisky District Court of Vitsebsk declared the journalist Alena Shabunya guilty of illegal production of media products under Part 3 of Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus. The judge fined Shabunya 30 base amounts (BYN 870). The journalist was accused of cooperating with the TV channel Belsat without authorising accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
