On October 11, at least 43 journalists were detained in Belarus during protests against the announced results of the presidential election. Journalist was detained and taken to the police station allegedly for a document check where she was held for five hours. Two administrative reports for alleged disobedience to the police and cooperation with the foreign media were issued to her. Her phone and camera were confiscated "for a check within the administrative process". She was released before the trial.
