City council deputy and assistant to the mayor, Vladimir Kondruk, interfered with the work of journalists. The incident occurred while journalists were filming at the site of the controversial development on the grounds of a former hospital. Kondruk blocked the film crew’s path and tried several times to cover the camera with his hands.
