The security forces arrested Vital Andras, director of the dev.ru portal (the media writes about the IT industry in Belarus and the world), and accountant Alena Andras. «Penitential» video of them appeared on the pro-government Telegram channels. In the video, the man says that in August 2020, he participated in the protests, signed up to the extremist Telegram channels, and was registered in the «Victory Plan» chat bot. According to reports in pro-government Telegram channels, "the couple played an important role in the portal operation, on which negative emotions toward their country were purposefully stirred up in favor of so-called European values.
