The court arrested the blogger for three days under the article on organising an unauthorised event (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On July 25, he called on the residents of Chita to an event of solidarity with Khabarovsk – «feeding the pigeons». At the end of May, a criminal case was initiated against Zakruzhny for calls to mass riots.
