The Pochep District Court (Bryansk Region) is considering a lawsuit filed by the chairwoman of the local election commission Antonina Gerasimova against local residents Aleksandra Suleymanova, Pyotr Kambur, and Siyadat Imurzayeva. Gerasimova filed a suit to protect her honor, dignity, and business reputation because of the video of Pochep Civil Control, in which, in her opinion, a number of accusations were made against her: that she illegally receives payments for living in a zone with privileged economic status because of the Chernobyl accident; that she received a salary, but did not show up for work when she was the director of the children’s camp «Timurovets»; that she built a store on her plot next to the market, and because of this no one checks the quality of products in the store, and the store does not pay the market for being on its territory.
