Neighbours attacked the journalist and robbed her of her mobile phones. The attack was the result of an ongoing domestic dispute with a neighbour, a former policeman. According to the journalist, she and her husband were subjected to xenophobic insults based on ethnicity. The journalist managed to film the attack by neighbours, who injured the journalist and her husband, took away two phones and held them for about five hours, formatting and deleting the footage. The investigator refused to open a criminal investigation into the robbery and assault, as the media reported.
