Aleksandr Prokhanov, editor-in-chief of the newspaper Zavtra (Tomorrow), was fined four thousand rubles by the Moscow Khamovnichesky District Court for mentioning the Carnegie Foundation without labelling it a “foreign agent" in the 28th November 2023 edition of the publication.
