Belarusian blogger Aleksandr Kabanov's instagram page has been designated as extremist content by a Leninsk district court in Brest. The decision was handed down by judge Elena Kovalchuk, in response to a judicial process initiated by a local prosecutor. Based on the court's decision, the Ministry of Information added the channel to its 'Republic List of Extremist Materials'. According to Belarusian law-enforcement, possession and distribution of such materials implies administrative responsibility, both for publishers and users.
