On the night of July 29, Yan Katelevsky and Aleksandr Dorogov, opposition bloggers and journalists of the Rosderzhava, were detained by 20 Special Rapid Response Unit officers. During detention, both journalists were beaten; this was recorded by members of the Public Monitoring Commission of the Moscow region.
