On March 15, the editor-in-chief of the regional newspaper Infa-Kuryer Siarhei Stankevich and his deputy Aleh Rubchenya, detained after a search in the editorial office, were found guilty of disobedience to police demands (Article 23.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and arrested for 15 days.
