Masked law enforcers took the journalist of Radio Svaboda Aleh Hruzdzilovich from his home, breaking down the door to his flat. After the detention, the journalist was placed in pre-trial detention centre № 1 in Minsk. As the investigator informed Hruzdzilovich’s wife, the reason for detention was the change of preventive measure. After the detention in July 2021, Hruzdzilovich was released under the obligation to appear as a suspect in the criminal case of gross violation of order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
