Masked law enforcers took the journalist of Radio Svaboda Aleh Hruzdzilovich from his home, breaking down the door to his flat. After the detention, the journalist was placed in the pre-trial detention centre № 1 in Minsk. As the investigator informed Hruzdzilovich’s wife, the reason for detention was a change of preventive measure. After the detention in July 2021, Aleh Hruzdzilovich was released under the obligation to appear as a suspect in the criminal case of gross violation of order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
