In Vladikavkaz, a libel case was brought against blogger Alan Khasiyev (Part 2 of Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The reason was a post in a Telegram channel, which said that David Batagov, deputy prosecutor of the Zaterechny district of Vladikavkaz, was forcing investigators to fabricate criminal cases against unwanted people.
