According to Myrsaliyeva, representatives of other nationalities of Kyrgyzstan asked to «highlight the problem of nationalism in ordinary life», so in March 2022, she held a live broadcast on social networks lasting 1 hour 40 minutes. She claims that the video, which became the reason for the criminal case, was edited. On July 23, she was questioned at the police station.
