During a raid in Hlybokaye, law enforcers detained photographer Aivar Udris. They searched his house and seized digital media and professional equipment. Udris was kept in custody until the trial. On September 19, based on the police report, the Hlybokaye District Court found the photographer guilty under Part 1 of Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (violation of the order of holding a meeting, rally, street procession, demonstration, picketing or other mass event). Judge Andrei Tarasevich, who considered the case, sentenced Aivar Udris to 15 days of administrative arrest.
