The defendants are journalist Aigul Khismatova and the 7x7 news portal. The Nizhnevartovsk psychoneurological hospital demands to refute the publication «Punitive Psychiatry of Nizhnevartovsk in Action», which was published in the Opinions of Bloggers section.
