Blogger and online activist Aigul Akberdy was fined KZT 525,060 (more than USD 1200) by the decision of the administrative court on charges of libel. The reason for the charge was the repost of Facebook messages from the group «Black List of Dishonest» about the bullying of a civil activist by a police colonel. The administrative case against Aigul Akberdy was initiated on the demand of the colonel of the Beyneu police department.
