Journalist and blogger Aidar Kamaletdinov was detained in Samara. Kamaletdinov was reportedly detained by force and «face down in the asphalt». He is also known to have been interrogated. On June 24, a court in Samara arrested Kamaletdinov. The blogger is accused under articles of unlawful deprivation of liberty by prior conspiracy (Paragraph A of Part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and extortion (Paragraph B of Part 3 of Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
