A case has been initiated against Komron Komilzoda, the son of Ahmadshoh Komilzoda, following a complaint by the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management. The Committee filed a lawsuit claiming that Komron Komilzoda has failed to relinquish property that was confiscated from his father by a Supreme Court ruling in favour of the state, and has instead unlawfully appropriated it for himself. The first court hearing took place on May 8, and the next session is scheduled for May 15. The court is expected to announce its decision on Thursday.
