Freelance journalist of Next TV was detained and taken to the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs for interrogation. As Ravshan Dzheyenbekov, the owner of the TV channel, told the media, Adilet Baltabayev «is accused of allegedly calling for the seizure of power». The reason for the interrogation was Baltabayev’s personal Facebook posts. «He said that they [law enforcement officers] recorded all his posts and comments for the last 1,5 years. And gave an analysis that his posts contradict the law», — Dzheyenbekov said.
