On March 6, the Kokshetau-based blogger and journalist Adil Nurlan covered the hearing on the criminal case «on transnational criminal gang» in the Kokshetau City Court. At the beginning of the hearing, judge A. Zhumabekov authorised the filming, Adil said. During the questioning of witnesses, at the prosecutor’s request, the court reasonably prohibited the blogger from live streaming on Instagram, but further demanded that the stationary camera, from which the blogger was not live streaming, be switched off. In response to the blogger’s objections, the judge asked him to leave the courtroom for disobeying the instructions. In response to the words that it was a stationary camera, the judge replied that it was possible to return to the hall, but without the equipment.
