On March 16, 2022, the judge of the Belogorsk District Court of Crimea Yevgeny Borisenko considered the materials of an administrative offense against human rights defender Abdureshit Dzhepparov and found him guilty under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for showing on his page a video about the origin of the song «Hymn of Soviet airmen», in the video sequence of which there were planes with German crosses. The court arrested him for 15 days.
