The Shahrisabz City Criminal Court of the Qashqadaryo region ordered the arrest of two bloggers and a journalist of a private online media outlet. «It turned out that on May 29, the bloggers had a conflict with law enforcement officers in Shahrisabz. It all started when the head of the Shahrisabz City Police Department, F. Yangiboyev, noticed a Gentra car parked without number plates and with fully tinted windows, and asked A. Abdullayev, standing near the car, who the vehicle belonged to. In response, the blogger rudely stated that it was his car, and when asked to show him his documents, he said that if he wanted them, he would have to find them himself», — Qashqadaryo News reported. Umid Karimov was arrested for five days under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Tajikistan (petty hooliganizm). Muzaffarov was arrested for five days under three articles, and Abdullayev under five articles.
