Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan filed a lawsuit against the Yerkir.am website in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, demanding that they publicly apologise for publishing slanderous information and also pay compensation. On May 12, the claim was accepted by the court, and legal proceedings began.
