The "Armenian National Interests Fund" filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the founder of the information site "168.am" (168 Zham LLC) - demanding that they retract statements which allegedly discredit their business reputation, as well as pay compensation. The lawsuit followed the publication of an article on April 12 entitled “Waiting for Investments” which stated that the fund does not make the investments they promised. The lawsuit is pending.
