The regional Ministry of Health filed a lawsuit against the media outlet for the protection of the business reputation. The ministry demanded that the article «Sverdlovsk Ministry of Health procures drugs for HIV patients and diabetics at the highest prices» from May 12 be removed and that a refutation be published.
