Larisa Harutyunyan filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the founder of the 5TV ( Shark LLC) demanding they publish a refutation. The lawsuit followed a report entitled “Cause to grieve: my neighbour will not allow me to commemorate our heroes.” The plaintiff demanded a refutation, on the grounds that the statement in the title was untrue. According to the lawsuit, the television company admitted that it had published inaccurate information, but refused to publish a refutation. As such, Harutyunyan was forced to go to court. The claim is pending.
