On May 31, Ruben Arakelyan, former Director of the Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise State Non-Commercial Organization, filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against NGO «Power of Speech» (the founder of the website 4rd.am), demanding a public refutation of information considered libel. The reason for the lawsuit was the article «Reforms According to Nikol Pashinyan» posted on the abovementioned website on April 20, which told about numerous violations revealed during the internal audit carried out at the Center, as a result of which the guilty were dismissed and the criminal case was sent to the archive. On May 9, the website published a letter from the plaintiff demanding to refute the information about the two officials in question that was considered libel. Nevertheless, Ruben Arakelyan went to the court. The lawsuit is being considered.
