The court in Yekaterinburg fined Znak.com for 10 thousand rubles (133 USD) for publishing a link to the Instagram of musician Sergei Shnurov, where he posted an obscene poem. The court found this as a violation of the Administrative Code that refers to the ban on the publication of obscene language in the media.
