Senator Suleiman Kerimov filed a claim about the protection of honour and dignity against the newspaper. He’s demanding the taking down of the article titled: “How Suleiman Kerimov made billion and hid in the shadows”. The article touches upon hostile takeover of the construction company in 2005. Kerimov is also demanding a retraction and a 50,000 RUB as a compensation for emotional distress.
