The mayor ofKremenchuk Vitalii Maletsky insulted the chief editor of «Programma plus» Alexander Kurilov during the medical emergency management meeting at the mayor’s office. He also filed a report to the Ukrainian security office demanding a check on Alexander Kurilov and the “Programma Plus” newspaper. These actions were caused after Kurilov’s critical article about mayor’s team use of food parcel distribution as a PR opportunity as well as the insufficient number of the food parcels.
