On 14 May, a nine-year-old article became a subject to a court case at the Shymkent district court. Online media “titus.kz” is the defendant Mekhti Mamedov is plaintiff. He claims that his name was used illegally in the 2011 article. He’s mainly outraged by the comments below the article. Mamedov is also making claims against 11 Russian websites that mention him.
