Additional information:

The journalist, while performing an editorial assignment, asked questions of a deputy of the district council. The deputy, however, grabbed the personal mobile telephone out of the correspondent’s hands and demanded that he remove the video filmed. Later, the deputy nevertheless returned the telephone to the victim, but after first removing the video recording from it.
