On March 3, the TV channel "Pryamiy" was notified of a decision of the Pechers'kyi District Court of Kyiv, under which it was obliged to give investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) temporary access to assets and documents, with the possibility of their seizure, by March 18. "Pryamiy" emphasised that SBI's court application was considered without the participation of representatives of the channel – a flagrant violation of the requirements of criminal procedural law.
