The parliament of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan held a closed session of both chambers, where the government's budget report was considered. The review of the report had always been open. Due to the quarantine regulations, entry to the building was not allowed to journalists. Also, for unknown reasons, the parliament decided not to broadcast proceedings online.
