On March 28, the police sent a notice to the news site Blognews.am demanding to remove an article published by Narek Malyan entitled "Three days ago a man who never passed testing died: in our country, the tests are not for sick villagers, but for healthy Soros-backers". The editorial office did not follow the demand, but Malyan was not subject to administrative sanctions.
