Journalist of Kaktus.media was filming next to the restaurant in Bishkek where politicians and officials gathered together. The journalists wanted to ask them about violation of the established quarantine rules in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, according to which it is forbidden to conduct mass events with the participation of a large number of people. However, during the filming, one of the guards attacked Marat Uraliev and began to strangle him, preventing him from walking along the sidewalk and, at the same time, talking to someone on the walkie-talkie. The journalist managed to free himself from the asphyxiation capture and report the incident to the police.
