On 27 February, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction partially upheld a claim filed on 27 February 2023 by former member of the Yerevan Council of Elders Naira Nahapetyan against the founder of the news website 1in.am, LLC First Information, ordering the defendant to publish a retraction and pay 200,000 drams (over $500) in damages for defamation.
