Additional information:

On 12 November, the Director of MPG LLC, Aram Navasardyan, filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against opposition political figure Grant Bagratyan and the founder of the news website 168.am — 168 Zham LLC. The claim demands a retraction of information considered defamatory, a public apology for the publication, and compensation in the amount of one million drams (more than USD 2,500) to be recovered from Grant Bagratyan. The grounds for the lawsuit were a programme broadcast on 12 October on the website’s YouTube channel, during which Bagratyan stated, among other things, that Gallup polls (a well-known research company with which Aram Navasardyan is associated) are false and a bluff, claiming that they are commissioned. The case is currently under consideration.
