Additional information:

On April 9, Liparit Drmeyan, head of the office of Armenia’s representative to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) under the Prime Minister's Office, filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against LLC 168 Zham. He is demanding a public retraction of information he considers defamatory. The lawsuit was prompted by a March 5 article published on the news website 168.am, owned by the defendant. The article claimed that the office, led by Armenia’s representative to the ECHR, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, had submitted resignation letters. According to the publication, the resignations were allegedly linked to Armenia's readiness to withdraw its international lawsuits against Azerbaijan under pressure from official Baku. The article further alleged that Liparit Drmeyan was the only one who did not resign, reportedly hoping to take Kirakosyan’s position. The case is currently under review.
