The "State Interest Fund of Armenia" fund filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court against Oleg Safonov and "168 Zham", demanding that they retract information discrediting the fund’s business reputation, as well as pay them compensation. The lawsuit followed an article in which the author of the publication called the fund’s activities “suspicious” and accused it of engaging in corruption with the Armenian government. The case is pending in court.
